Come boss us around!
Make the library a place that has more of what teens want. Help plan teen events, buy the best music and books, maintain our blog, assist with programs for younger children, create displays, and more. You choose the way that you want to be involved. Participants will earn community service hours. As the year progresses, teens will run this program themselves, deciding what they want to work on at future meetings.
The session will include a book swap. Bring a book you have already enjoyed and exchange it for a gently used book you want to read. This program is for 7th-12th graders, so please be sure to bring age appropriate books for the swap.
Refreshments provided by the Friends of the Library.Registration is required. Note that this meeting is being held in the Rotary Room.
