What could be better than chocolate?  Chocolate and wine of course!  Professional pastry chef Amanda Barbano, will be here to teach us how to create some decadent chocolate treats for you to take home, perfect for the valentine in your life.  As you learn the tricks of the trade enjoy some great local wine.
