The NH State Parks Library Pass is valid for two (2) adults and  up to 4 dependants.  to enter into any day use state park for free. It is NOT valid at Hampton Beach State Park and Wallis Sands State Beach, the Flume Gorge or the Cannon Mountain Tramway and cannot be used for camping or parking meters.
