- Ocean County residents, 18 years and older, with an active library card in good standing (fines and fees cannot exceed $25) may reserve a pass.
- Request a pass for the date you will visit the destination.
- Borrowers may reserve a pass 45 days in advance.
- Passes cannot be renewed or canceled.

Pass admits two (2) guests. Additional guests are required to pay admission. Named adults are responsible for their children/guests and must accompany them at all times. Children must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older. Harassment of animals, guests, members, or staff; and dangerous or lewd behavior will not be tolerated. For the safety of our animals, guests, members, and staff, persons who participate will be asked to leave the grounds.
