Now that you’re keeping your patrons informed of your library events with a dynamic web calendar, it’s time to get some information back from them using EKForms by EventKeeper. Just think of the possibilities! With EKForms, you can collect event registration information, feedback about a program, patron surveys, and email addresses for notification lists. And these are just examples. You see the need – you design the form. Make it easy on yourself and your patrons with EKForms from EventKeeper.
EKForms allows you to design your own customized forms. The questions you ask are up to you and your library. Use a text field to gather email addresses for special interest groups. Use different form elements such as drop down lists, checkboxes or radio buttons to create a detailed book club survey. Configure the headings, the footer and the “thank you” response. You specify who will receive the filled-out forms via email. The responses can also be saved in a database for your on-line review. And, you can send an email to responders with one click of a button.
Do you wish you had an easy way to notify patrons when an event is full? With EKForms you can specify how many slots are available for an event and create a special notification message to be used when patrons try to register for the event when it is full. This method will also let you know how many patrons wanted to go to the event.
